Lion attacked the owner of the zoo in Crimea
An unfortunate incident occurred in Crimea - a lion attacked the owner of the 'Tayhan' zoo, Oleg Zubkov. He sustained serious injuries while attempting to feed the lions in the enclosure. He is now being prepared for transportation to a hospital in Simferopol for surgical intervention.
The event was confirmed by the 'ministry of health' of occupied Crimea. Unfortunately, this is not the first case of lions attacking people in the 'Tayhan' zoo.
Zubkov dreamed of using lions for breeding, but the wild animals could not be tamed, leading to several incidents of this kind. The situation remains tense, but the zoo owner intends to continue his activities.
The event at the 'Tayhan' zoo in Crimea, where a lion attacked the owner, highlights the dangers of keeping enclosures with wild animals. Despite the incidents, the zoo owner plans to continue his work, but possibly with a changed approach to the care and interaction with large predators.Read also
