In Poland and Ukraine compared the cost of a borscht set: where it is more expensive.
Prices for products for a borscht set in Ukraine and Poland differ. Analysts at the Gremi Personal center found out that the cost of such a set in Ukraine is cheaper than in Poland. In Poland, a set of products will cost 306.9 hryvnias, and in Ukraine - 169.7 hryvnias.
The composition of the borscht set includes pork, beets, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, tomato paste, sour cream, greens, and seasonings.
Hanna Dzobolda, director of the recruitment department of Gremi Personal, noted that in Poland, products are not cheaper due to differences in the standard of living and incomes of the population. The minimum salary in Poland is 3060 zlotys after taxes, and in Ukraine - 6440 hryvnias.
Analysts at Gremi Personal believe that for an accurate comparison of the cost of living in both countries, a comprehensive approach should be taken into account, considering all prices, incomes, and expenses of the population.
In Ukraine, there has been a noticeable increase in food prices.
