A Russian plane got stuck at Poznan airport due to weather conditions
There was an unforeseen situation at Poznan airport - a Russian plane could not land due to weather conditions and got stuck. The aircraft with crew and passengers was flying from Egypt to Kaliningrad.
According to journalists, the plane spent more than 13 hours at Poznan airport. There were 236 passengers on board. They complained about the lack of food from the Polish side and the prohibition to leave the plane. This particularly shocked the passengers, among whom were children, pensioners, and pregnant women.
However, several passengers claimed that they were able to receive food:
'They gave us a dry bun and a small bottle of water at night,' said one of the tourists.A travel agent from Kaliningrad, whose tourists were on board, also confirmed that food was provided.
Fortunately, the plane was finally allowed to fly to Russia. This brought a fitting end to this unpleasant situation that occurred at Poznan airport.
It is also worth mentioning that on February 13, a similar situation occurred with a plane carrying American officials in Egypt. They were returning to Washington due to a plane malfunction, which were headed to Germany for a security conference in Munich. Also, on February 6, a small plane lost altitude in America and could not be found with 10 people on board.
