Putin announced conditions to Trump for ending the war: what Russia proposes.
Conditions of the Russian dictator for the leader of the USA
Deputy Director of Research Programs of the Russian Council on Foreign and Defense Policy Dmitry Suslov revealed the conditions of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to the leader of the United States Donald Trump for ending the war in Ukraine.
Suslov named the first option as the adoption by Putin and Trump of a bilateral Russian-American plan to achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine. The conditions of the plan include the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas, Russia's withdrawal from certain regions, Ukraine's commitment not to join NATO, demilitarization, and constitutional reform.
Suslov emphasized that Putin is ready for a final agreement and a long-term ceasefire with Ukraine.
If Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky refuses Russia's plan with European support, then Putin may ask Trump to stop military aid to Ukraine and weapons sales to Europeans, but this could accelerate Ukraine's defeat and collapse.
Importantly, Zelensky considers Trump's and Putin's negotiations vital for the future. Pentagon head Pete Hegseth noted that Putin agreed to meet with Trump under pressure.
The message claims that the Russian leadership is ready for a deal with the USA to end the conflict in Ukraine, offering a number of conditions including troop withdrawal, demilitarization, and constitutional reform. This has led to negotiations and a possible meeting between Putin and Trump, which could have significant consequences for the future situation in Ukraine.Read also
