Servant of the People elects new party leader: who heads the presidential force.
According to ТСН: On Wednesday, the party 'Servant of the People', which forms the majority in the Verkhovna Rada, elected a new leader.
This was reported by the head of the party faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia. He stated that the party is now led by the first deputy speaker of parliament, Oleksandr Korniienko, who took this position from Olena Shuliak, who held the role of party leader for two terms.
'I want to thank Olena Shuliak for her quality and honest work in this position and wish Oleksandr further success and inspiration!'
It is also worth noting that earlier the parliamentary faction of the 'Servant of the People' confirmed its support for President Zelensky's decision to dismiss the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak.
The change at the head of the party marks an important step in its development, as Oleksandr Korniienko aims to strengthen the party's leadership and promote its reformist activities in the face of modern challenges. Support for presidential decisions reflects the unity of the team in addressing key issues for the country.
