Recruitment service launched in the "Reserve+" app.

Ukrainians can find military service vacancies using the "Reserve+" app
The "Reserve+" app now features a recruitment service that helps Ukrainians find an optimal vacancy in the army. Through this service, one can find a brigade and position where they can effectively apply their knowledge and skills. The service offers the largest list of open positions in the Defense Forces - over 4,000. Gradually, this service will be improved, taking into account user feedback.
To search for a vacancy, you need to take a short test, indicating your military education or the field you know best. Based on this data and selected skills, the service will individually select the best vacancy options. The app also provides detailed job descriptions, including information about brigades, their command, achievements, and media mentions. Results can be saved for later review or dismissed.
This service became available in the "Reserve+" app after an update in October this year. It is also worth noting that as of October 14, almost 21,000 citizens have contacted the Ukrainian army centers, of which 5,230 have already become candidates for service in the Defense Forces.
