According to Novyny.live: A new round of three-way talks involving Ukraine, Russia, and the United States concluded in Geneva, having taken place on February 17-18. Delegations from the three nations participated, focusing discussions on security and humanitarian matters. These high-stakes meetings are part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to address the crisis in Eastern Europe.
During the meetings, work on the political component was finalized. Subsequently, a military working group continued its discussions, indicating active engagement by participants at all levels. In a separate meeting underscoring the importance of international coordination, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov, conferred with representatives from the United States and European partners.
Results of the Second Negotiation Phase
The second phase of negotiations commenced on February 18, with consultations organized into groups dedicated to specific topics. These discussions lasted approximately two hours. Commenting on the outcomes, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, stated:
