On Sunday, August 17, at around 22:50, the Russian Federation launched a missile strike on Kharkiv. The missiles hit near residential buildings, injuring eight residents of the city.
This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Dmytro Yatsichenko, in a comment for Novyny.LIVE.
Information about the injured as a result of the attack
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration, Oleg Synegubov, eight injured individuals sought medical assistance. Among the injured are women aged 36 and 82.
It is worth noting that the evening of August 17 became the time of the attack by Russian forces on Kharkiv. A missile struck a residential building in the Industrial District. Injuries were sustained by 13-year-old and 21-year-old girls.
It was also reported about explosions in Odesa that evening. The region became a target for drone attacks.
