Deadly Attack on Sumy on July 3
According to Novyny.live: On the evening of July 3, Russian forces launched a strike on Sumy, killing at least four people—among them a child—and wounding 20 others. The attack hit a residential apartment building, a store, and a roadway, causing extensive damage to civilian infrastructure. According to reports, 20 individuals were hospitalized, half of them with severe injuries. Three minors are among the wounded.
This incident follows a series of large-scale strikes on the Sumy region on July 2, which claimed five lives, including an infant.
“Striking a residential area with apartment blocks, shops, and civilians nearby is no accident. It is a deliberate war crime. The world must not grow numb to such news. Russia must be held accountable for every crime against civilians.”
