A terrible event occurred in Zaporizhzhia – a Russian shelling that resulted in 19 injuries. And this is only based on data as of Sunday, August 10.
The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, shared this news on Telegram.
'Already 19 injured due to the attack of Russians on Zaporizhzhia,' — Fedorov reported.
Doctors are currently providing necessary medical assistance to the victims. Their injuries are primarily caused by mines and explosive substances, affecting limbs, head, and abdominal cavity.
What rescuers reported
The State Emergency Service reported that the shelling occurred between 17:50 and 17:55.
'At two addresses, two buildings of civil infrastructure, cars, and nearby houses were partially destroyed by the shock wave and debris,' — the statement said.
Currently, emergency search operations are underway to find the victims.
Recall that the occupiers struck Zaporizhzhia with guided aviation bombs, and the consequences of this airstrike are now being felt. In this situation, cooperation among all emergency services is very important.
