Ballistic strike in Kryvyi Rih: 6 people injured
The number of injured from the ballistic strike in Kryvyi Rih has risen to 6 people. Among them is a 15-year-old girl. The attack also led to damage to the hospital and at least 20 houses. This was reported by the head of the Defense Council of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul.
«Last night, the occupiers again attacked our city with ballistic missiles. They struck a two-story residential building in a densely populated area. Fortunately, everyone is alive. This is the most important thing», - he wrote.
According to the latest data, among the injured are a 15-year-old girl, three men aged 38, 49, and 75, and two women aged 30 and 82. Two people - a 38-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl - were rescued by patrol police and the State Emergency Service from under the rubble. Three injured individuals are in the hospital, all in moderate condition.
The emergency rescue operation was completed at night.
The consequences of the strike include a destroyed residential building, as well as damage to at least 20 houses. Among them are multi-story residential buildings, a hospital, a social institution, and approximately 20 vehicles.
«The consequences are still being clarified. All operational and municipal services were involved at the scene. They worked all night long. In the area of the strike, there is no electricity, water, or gas. Patients from the hospital with broken windows were transferred to other hospitals in the city», - Vilkul reported.
We remind you that on the evening of December 19, the occupiers carried out a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Two people were found under the rubble of the building.
