Martial law and mobilization in Ukraine will last for another 90 days
The decision to extend martial law and mobilization in Ukraine has been made.
This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on his Telegram channel.
The Verkhovna Rada supported the bills according to which martial law has been extended for 90 days. Mobilization has also been extended.
The majority of MPs voted in favor of extending both measures.
Now, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky must sign the relevant documents.
The introduction of martial law and mobilization is intended to ensure the security of the country.
During this period, restrictions may be applied, such as curfews, bans on mass gatherings, limitations on freedom of movement, and confiscation of property for defense needs.
The introduction of martial law in Ukraine has already occurred 14 times.
