Ukraine and its partners are preparing a military component of security guarantees: what does it mean.
Ukraine, together with its Western partners, is actively working on creating a military component of security guarantees that will ensure sustainable peace after the end of the conflict. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Oleksandr Syrskyi on Telegram, as reported by FREEdom.
“Together with the leaders of the Armed Forces of partner countries, we are developing a military component to support diplomatic negotiations to ensure sustainable peace for Ukraine and Europe,” Syrskyi informed.
According to the Commander-in-Chief of the AFU, the developed proposals will be forwarded to the respective national security advisors of the partner countries for further discussion within the framework of diplomatic efforts.
“I am confident that with joint efforts and the support of dedicated partners of Ukraine, we will achieve real peace and ensure security for our country and the entire democratic Europe,” he emphasized.
Earlier, the head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak announced the preparation of a military component of security guarantees.
The leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with partners from Europe, is working on creating a military component of security guarantees to ensure peace and stability in the region after the war ends.
