This initiative was the topic of a meeting in Kyiv on July 22 involving Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, US administration envoy Jake Witkoff, and former US presidential advisor Jared Kushner. Zelensky stressed that a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia should take place before autumn.
