Ukraine returned the first bodies of Russians thrown by the Russian Federation during the exchange.


The Ukrainian side returned to the Russian Federation the bodies of two servicemen found during the procedures of repatriation of the deceased. According to Igor Klymenko, personal military tags from the Russian Armed Forces were found on the bodies.

It is known that the Russian authorities may try to reduce compensation payments to the families of the deceased and may conceal facts about the repatriation or even dispose of the bodies.
