Ukraine Sets Historic Record for High-Octane Gasoline Imports.
In May 2025, over 5,000 tons of high-octane gasoline grades A-98/100 were imported into Ukraine. This is the largest monthly figure since 2009, or in the entire history of observations by the consulting group 'A-95'.
The largest supplier remains UPG. The company delivered 1,500 tons of the resource: 90% through trader Select Energy, the rest from the Polish manufacturer Warter Fuels, reports enkorr.ua.
Leaders in A-98/100 Gasoline Supply
In second and third places are Socar and OKKO. The first company increased its supply from the Polish Citronex by 66%, to 780 tons, while the second increased its supply by 21%, to 570 tons, from PKN Orlen. It should be noted that OKKO started selling A-98 in May.
Surprisingly, 'Avikom Rivne' entered the top five largest suppliers with a debut supply of 490 tons of Lithuanian high-octane.
The supply of high-octane gasoline reached record levels in May 2025 in Ukraine. The largest supplier remains UPG, but Socar and OKKO are now in second and third places, respectively. This period also saw a newcomer in the industry - 'Avikom Rivne' with its debut supply of high-octane gasoline.
