According to TSN.ua: Starting March 14, all regions of Ukraine will face scheduled hourly power cuts as a direct consequence of Russian strikes on the country's energy infrastructure. For residential customers, the power interruptions will be enforced daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM local time. Meanwhile, industrial users will face capacity restrictions between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Utility companies DTEK and regional power distributors (Oblenergo) have already released the hourly blackout schedules for March 13.
