Ukraine launches e-Notariat: how digitalization will change notarial services.
According to inkorr.com: Testing of the e-Notariat system is starting in Ukraine, which will be an important stage in the digital transformation of the state. This was announced by Mykhailo Fedorov, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation.
According to him, all notaries will have the opportunity to join the new electronic platform. The first electronic services for citizens are planned to be implemented as early as 2026.
'The electronic notariat is a modern digital platform that transforms traditional notariat into an efficient service. This is an important step for Ukraine in the development of state digital services. Notarial services are among the most conservative in any country, but digitalization will allow us to move to a new level. E-Notariat is a kind of signal to the whole world that Ukraine is a leader in digital transformation', - explained Fedorov.
Among the advantages of digitalization for notaries, the following are highlighted:

- a single working environment;
- quick access to information.

- the same and convenient interface for all registers;
- document security with a QR code for quick verification;
- rapid data exchange between registers and databases;
- fixation of each notarial action;
- automated data exchange between key registers.
Thus, Ukraine is taking an important step in the digital transformation of notariat, which will contribute to more efficient and convenient provision of services to citizens. The new e-Notariat system has the potential to become a modern and reliable tool for performing notarial actions, opening new horizons for the development of the digital sphere in Ukraine.
