Ukraine launched the world's first state AI assistant: what 'Diya.AI' can do.
According to inkorr.com: On the 'Diya' platform, the world's first state AI assistant has been launched, which will help users. This was reported by Mykhailo Fedorov, the Minister of Digital Transformation, according to information from 'Glavkom'.
“Today we launched 'Diya.AI' on the 'Diya' portal. This is the world's first state AI agent, which not only answers questions but also provides services directly in the chat. Soon, it will also appear in the mobile application,” the minister said.
What can 'Diya.AI' do?
- Provide services. “You can already receive the first service in the chat - an income certificate. Just write: 'I need an income certificate' - and it will arrive in your account on the 'Diya' portal. Soon, we will add another five services that 'Diya.AI' will be able to provide,” the official noted.
- Inform about services in 'Diya'. “How to open a sole proprietorship? What is the 'Baby Package'? Now you don't need to search for this information on the portal - just ask 'Diya.AI',” Fedorov emphasized.
- Recommend services depending on the situation. “For example, if your house is damaged, it will promptly suggest 'eRecovery' and provide instructions on how to receive compensation from the state,” the minister said.
How to use 'Diya.AI'?
- On the 'Diya' portal, click on 'Diya.AI',
- Log in to the portal,
- Type your request in the chat - for example, 'I want to open a sole proprietorship',
- The AI agent will explain step by step what to do.
Currently, 'Diya.AI' operates in open beta testing mode. The artificial intelligence model is constantly learning to respond to requests faster and better.
It is also worth noting that the state enterprise 'Diya' has already chosen the winner of the tender for the purchase of equipment for the implementation of the 'Sovereign Artificial Intelligence Factory'.
The launch of the world's first state AI assistant on the 'Diya' platform is an important step in implementing artificial intelligence in the public sector. The new system provides users with access to various government services and allows them to obtain certificates directly in the chat. This significantly simplifies interaction with the government and facilitates the process of obtaining necessary information.
