1278 Days of War: How Ukrainian Defenders Prepare for New Assaults by the Russian Federation.
According to FREEДOM: For 1,278 days now, Ukrainian servicemen have been defending Ukraine's independence from the Russian invasion. Their motivation is freedom and sovereignty. On the training ground, they practice tactical maneuvers, training to resist enemy assaults.
One of the fighters, code name 'Eger', comes from Kryvyi Rih and has been at the front since the first days of the conflict. Even despite the fatigue from combat, he does not stop his struggle for the country. Another warrior, code name 'Falcon', tries to pass on his experience and motivation to his subordinates to save their lives.
Another fighter, code name 'Monk', dreams of his land currently occupied by the enemy. And although they are different in origin and experience, one thing unites them — the desire to be independent and protect Ukraine from Russian aggression.
Ukrainian servicemen emphasize that each day they spend at the front is proof of their strong motivation and willpower in the fight against the enemy.
