Power supply restrictions in Ukraine due to missile and drone attacks
Ukrenergo reports that due to the consequences of a massive missile and drone attack, there will be power supply restrictions in Ukraine.
According to Ukrenergo's official statement: 'On December 7, a queue of outages will be applied from 09:00 to 20:00 for residential consumers. Industrial enterprises and businesses will operate according to power limitation schedules from 08:00 to 21:00.'
Ukrenergo reports that emergency recovery work is being carried out at damaged facilities. Electricity consumption remains high and corresponds to seasonal indicators.
Ukraine plans to import electricity from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Moldova to stabilize the energy system. The total import volume will be 14,514 MWh, with a maximum capacity of up to 1,154 MW in certain hours.
