Ukrposhta has launched a beta application for tracking parcels: what the new program can do.
According to inkorr.com: The national communication operator AT 'Ukrposhta' has presented a new beta version of its mobile application, which allows users to easily track their parcels. The General Director of the company, Igor Smilyansky, stated:
'From today, the beta version is available with all the expected features, a proprietary development of 'Ukrposhta', without involving third-party companies.'
In addition to the ability to track parcels, users will have access to push notifications regarding the receipt of shipments, changes in delivery status, reminders about collection, promotions, and promo codes. The application will also allow users to check the cost and delivery times, use a universal shipment search, and view an interactive map of branches.
'Payment for the parcel will be possible directly in the application, after which 'Ukrposhta' will cancel all paper statements in branches. You will have the opportunity to perform all operations online or through the call center,' Smilyansky explained.
Plans for the Future
In the future, there are plans to expand management capabilities for shipments, including free redirection and changing the recipient. The company also intends to implement a payment acceptance function and the ability to place orders online.
Thus, the launch of the beta version of the mobile application from 'Ukrposhta' will become a convenient tool for users, allowing them to promptly track their shipments, receive notifications, pay for services, and place orders in one place.
