Umerov spoke about the first results of the military medical commission reform.

The first stage of the military medical commission reform in Ukraine has been completed. From April 1, the commissions will issue their conclusions in electronic format. This was announced by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
Umerov noted that the most active regions in the reform were Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Khmelnytskyi.
Since March 1, the commission staff have been preparing for the launch of the new system, undergoing training and registering in the electronic cabinet. In particular, teams from Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Khmelnytskyi regions were the most active in transitioning to the new system.
Thanks to this stage of the reform, it is now possible to create military medical commission conclusions online, quickly and transparently, without bureaucracy and corruption risks. Information about fitness or unfitness and the date of the medical commission will automatically be displayed in the Obezhy and Reserve+ application. There is no longer a need to carry documents to the TCC.
The minister emphasized that the MLC reform is part of a larger transformation being conducted together with the Ministry of Health, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and international partners, including the governments of the United Kingdom and Germany. Electronic referrals for the military medical commission were already launched in January, and now the next important step in implementing the reforms has been made.
Six new reports related to discharge from military service for various reasons have been added to the 'Army+' application. Among them are discharge due to the custody of three children under 18, due to the death or disappearance of a close relative during the defense of the homeland, due to the care of a disabled husband or wife, due to the care and support of a child with a disability, due to the care of a relative with a disability, as well as discharge for health reasons.
