The 'Azov' needs BTR experts - what are the working conditions.

The special operations brigade 'Azov' is looking for people who can drive armored personnel carriers for their battalions and other units. This refers to BTR drivers.
The duties of a BTR driver and the requirements for candidates for the position:A BTR driver must operate the armored personnel carrier, perform field repairs on the vehicle, and carry out combat tasks: transporting personnel, ammunition, and necessary equipment. They invite attentive individuals who are fit for service in terms of health and moral qualities, can quickly respond to changing circumstances, have a category C driver's license and good eyesight, and know the tactical and technical characteristics of the BTR.
Preference will be given to candidates who:- have experience driving BTRs, tracked vehicles, wheel civil or wheel military equipment, or other types of transport; - can repair equipment and bring it to combat readiness.
Working conditions:Azov soldiers offer employees mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract. The monetary compensation will range from 27 thousand hryvnias to 127 thousand hryvnias. If duties are performed in the combat zone, the specialist will receive a daily bonus of 3,300 hryvnias.
What other specialists are needed in the 'Azov' brigade:It should be noted that 'Azov' lacks people who can professionally test software. This refers to QA specialists. The brigade also needs drivers of armored fighting vehicles. Such military personnel must be able to operate combat armored vehicles. The 'Azov' brigade has announced vacancies for BTR drivers, offering employees various working conditions and decent monetary compensation. It is also known that other specialists are needed in their ranks, including drivers of combat armored vehicles and QA specialists.
