In the city of Como, Italy, police detained a man from Belarus who attacked truck drivers with a Ukrainian accent in a parking lot. According to , the man threatened them with a knife because he heard the Ukrainian accent during a conversation with the drivers.
According to law enforcement, the man deliberately attacked a group of truck drivers because of their Ukrainian accent. The police gathered testimonies that confirm this version of events.
The detainee was taken to the police station, where a criminal case was opened against him for threats with a weapon and illegal possession of firearms. At the same time, he was released.
