In Ukraine, dairy prices have surged: how the cost of milk, butter, and cheese has changed.

Ukrainian supermarkets have noticeably increased the prices of dairy products. This information is provided on the Minfin website.
As of January 15, 2025, an increase in prices for major dairy products has been detected compared to December 2024. The cost of milk and cheese has risen, but butter has slightly decreased in price.
It is noted that the most significant price increase concerned Yagotynske milk by 2.6% - almost by 4 hryvnias per package. At the same time, butter demonstrates the greatest price stability. To save, we recommend paying attention to promotional offers in chain stores.
Milk:
- Prostonashe 1% (900 ml) has risen from 47.19 to 48.89 UAH (+1.70 UAH)
- Yagotynske 2.6% (900 ml) has increased in price from 49.31 to 53.20 UAH (+3.89 UAH)
Butter:
- Seljanske 72.5% (200 g) has virtually unchanged in price: was 114.09 UAH, now 114.99 UAH (+0.90 UAH)
- Yagotynske 73% (200 g) has maintained a stable price of 102.95 UAH
Cheese:
- Prostonashe 9% (300 g) showed an increase from 84.03 to 86.83 UAH (+2.80 UAH)
Recall that in Ukraine, apple prices have reached an eight-year high.
