Contract students have access to the "Diia" program to receive government grants
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced a new opportunity for contract students - they can receive a government grant for education through the "Diia" program. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Grants are available for full-time and dual form students pursuing bachelor's or master's degrees in medical, veterinary, or pharmaceutical fields. The amount of financial assistance depends on the scores obtained on the National Multisubject Test (NMT).
Students who scored 150 points or more in any two subjects of the NMT can expect a grant of 15000 hryvnias. Those who scored 170 points or more will be entitled to a grant of 25000 hryvnias. It is important that the grant amount may be increased according to the coefficient of the chosen specialty.
To receive the grant, students need to update the "Diia" program, find the "Education Certificate" in the list of documents, and activate the grant using "Diia.Signature" by November 5. After the grant is activated, students will receive a notification through the program when the funds are transferred to the university.
