Ukraine creates a new air defense complex: how it will destroy enemy drones.
The Ukrainian company MaXon, part of the Brave1 defense cluster, is actively working on the development of an innovative air defense complex 'air-to-air'. The system is designed to protect against enemy drones and has its own guidance system and high-speed interceptors, allowing for effective protection of large territories.
'The number one solution for protecting the sky — a Brave1 participant is creating an air-to-air air defense complex,' emphasized Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation and Technology Mykhailo Fedorov.
The new development is already successfully undergoing tests in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, thanks to the support of the Brave1 defense cluster. The MaXon team has attracted investments from Freedom Fund and Defender Ventures for further production expansion. The integration of solutions from other cluster participants allows for the creation of comprehensive technologies to enhance the resilience of Ukrainian defense against modern challenges.
In addition, Ukrainian troops will have the opportunity to use new interceptor drones from three domestic companies, which have already signed contracts for the supply of their equipment. These cutting-edge developments will enhance the effectiveness of the country's defense and help counter any threats.
The Ukrainian company MaXon together with Brave1 is working on an innovative air defense complex that will allow the country to effectively protect against enemy drones and ensure the safety of large territories. The development is successfully undergoing tests and has received support from investors for further development, which indicates the importance and relevance of innovations in the defense sector.
