According to inkorr.com: On November 12, 2025, the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the request of NABU detectives, supported by the SAP prosecutor, and decided to impose a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of posting bail amounting to 126 million UAH for the former advisor to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
Conditions for the suspect
If the bail is paid, the suspect is required to comply with the following conditions:
- appear at the request of detectives, prosecutors and judges;
- not leave the borders of Kyiv and the Kyiv region without special permission;
- inform about any change of residence;
- not contact certain individuals;
- surrender passport for foreign travel;
- wear an individual monitoring device.
