According to ТСН: Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Georgiy Tikhiy, sharply criticizes the information in the media regarding Moscow's intentions to revive the policy of dividing the world into spheres of influence. In a comment on statements from Russian sources, the diplomat doubts the Kremlin's ability to control any territories beyond the immediate surroundings of the Russian dictator.

In his statements on platform X, Georgiy Tikhiy ironically noted that the Russian side is too preoccupied with global domination issues, forgetting about its own vulnerabilities.

“It is interesting to see where the borders of their sphere of influence were when Prigozhin's gang marched on Moscow, causing them to tremble in fear. Perhaps it was limited to a suitcase filled with Putin's excrement. And it still is,” stated the spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Georgiy Tikhiy.

Such a statement from Tikhiy was provoked by a publication from Reuters, which, citing its sources in Moscow, reported that the Kremlin is trying to find positive aspects in the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro by US security services.

Although the loss of Maduro's regime is a significant blow to Russia, Russian representatives hope that the Trump administration might allegedly agree to a global deal on the distribution of spheres of influence among major powers.

It is worth noting that Trump celebrates success in Venezuela and announces the 'Dongo Doctrine.' However, this euphoria contains hidden risks for Kyiv - Moscow has long hinted to Washington about a possible exchange of 'Venezuela for Ukraine.'

It was also previously reported that ousted Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores appeared before a federal court in New York.

The situation surrounding Venezuela and possible political deals with Russia remains unstable and could significantly impact international relations. It is important to monitor whether the US administration is truly ready for negotiations concerning new spheres of influence, which could pose new challenges for Ukraine amidst ongoing threats from Moscow.
