According to TSN.ua: On March 13, Ukraine will experience dry and sunny conditions. Air temperatures are forecast to range between +12°C and +17°C, with some areas in Transcarpathia climbing as high as +20°C. Winds are expected to blow at 5–10 m/s. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, atmospheric pressure will drop slightly, but a high-pressure system will continue to keep precipitation at bay.

No significant rainfall is expected through March 20, allowing residents to enjoy favorable weather. Vitalii Postryhan noted that

“the peak of the warming is still ahead”
