- In Chernihiv Oblast, Russia targeted a railway, hitting a locomotive.
- In Kharkiv Oblast, a strike on a residential area in the village of Zolochiv left five people wounded.
- During the night of March 18, Russia launched drone attacks on Odesa Oblast.
