Since last summer, the relatives of the defender have been living in hope. Let's remember Andrii Kinakh.


Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we remember Andrii Kinakh.
Andrii Vitaliyovych Kinakh died in Donetsk region while defending the independence and freedom of his native land. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referring to the Lutsk City Council.
Andrii Kinakh was born on November 7, 1979, in Lutsk. He served in the 1st rifle company of the 1st rifle battalion. A volunteer since the beginning of the war, he protected his land not only as part of the territorial defense of Lutsk but also as a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the relatives of the fallen, Andrii Kinakh last contacted them on August 20. They hoped that he would return alive, but that did not happen. Senior Sergeant Kinakh died on August 21, 2024, performing a combat mission in the Toretsk district of Donetsk region.
Andrii Kinakh was buried on March 27, 2025, at the city cemetery in the village of Harazhdza. He is survived by his wife, two sons, parents, brother, and sister with their families.
'Hlavkom' joins the minute of silence in honoring the memory of all fallen Ukrainians in the struggle for freedom and independence. We remember all who died at the hands of Russian invaders and light candles of remembrance, honoring the citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state.
