From social assistance to AI consultant: a large-scale update planned in Diia.
According to inkorr.com: The Diia mobile app is preparing to launch six new services aimed at simplifying the lives of Ukrainians.
Among the innovations is a basic social assistance program that will combine all social payments into one package. Additionally, users will be able to use an AI assistant that will help them work with the Diia app and find the services they need.
'Over time, you will be able to receive consultations and state services simply by writing your request in the chat in plain language,' explained Mykhailo Fedorov.
Initially, beta testing of the income statement retrieval function through the AI assistant will begin, followed by the provision of basic social assistance.
It is also planned to launch e-notary services, which will allow users to receive notarial services online, predicting a simplification of the process and reduction of its cost.
Among the plans is the creation of an e-Excise service that will allow Ukrainians to check the legality of goods by scanning electronic excise marks.
'We will conduct a digital transformation of the industry and replace the paper excise mark with an electronic one,' added Mykhailo Fedorov.
In addition, an online service 'Path of the Wounded' is being developed for servicemen and their families, which will simplify their communication with state authorities and reduce the number of unnecessary procedures.
Basic social assistance and other changes
These new services in the Diia mobile app hold great potential for improving the quality and accessibility of public services for citizens. It is important to keep an eye on updates and prepare for new opportunities that will appear in the app.
