Power outage on August 28: «Ukrenergo» updated schedules.

On August 28, electricity can be cut off according to a schedule in two queues throughout the day. This is reported by NEC "Ukrenergo".

"Ukrenergo" urges consumers not to turn on powerful electrical appliances simultaneously after restoring power following an outage.

Earlier, the adviser to the Prime Minister and member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukrenergo", Yuriy Boyko, stated that it is too early to talk about the possible consequences of the mass attack on the power system that occurred on August 26, regarding future power outages. Plans for winter preparation will also need to be changed.

President Zelensky said that the protection of Ukraine's energy facilities is being developed at various levels and it is important to keep the details of the protection secret from the enemy. He also stated that he does not entertain energy PR and will not allow the enemy to find out where he aims.
