Natalia Koretska explained why Halina Bezruk stayed in Russia after the war began

According to ТСН: Famous Ukrainian actress Natalia Koretska shared her thoughts on her colleague Halina Bezruk's decision to stay in Russia during the war in Ukraine. She also noted that Halina's husband, a Russian, is not related to this choice.

Meeting of the actresses

Natalia and Halina have known each other since their joint filming. In her interview, the actress mentioned that Halina met her husband Artem Alekseev while working in Ukraine, where they played a loving couple. At the beginning of the full-scale war, Artem tried to maintain contact, but his letters were limited to just wishes to 'hang in there.'

'We knew both her and her husband, the Russian actor Artem Alekseev – we worked together. They met in Ukraine, played the lead roles of a loving couple in the same project, and then fell in love in real life. I think that even at the very beginning, Artem wrote something to my husband like 'hang in there', but no more than that,' the actress shares.

Halina Bezruk's choice

Natalia noted that Halina has already divorced Artem, and her decision to stay in Russia is not connected to her husband. The actress believes that this choice is based on Bezruk's personal beliefs.

'She has already divorced her husband, they do not live together. As for her position – every person makes their own choice. Sometimes people choose what is warmer for them... She just made such a choice,' emphasizes the actress.

It should be noted that among those who faced criticism is also the native of Kyiv region Taisia Povalij, who supports Russian propaganda and spreads false information about Ukraine. Her behavior has sparked outrage even from former friends.

The situation with Halina Bezruk demonstrates the complex and difficult choices that people face during this challenging time. Despite personal circumstances, her decision shows the diversity of opinions among Ukrainian artists, many of whom are in situations that require reconsideration of their views on life and the future.
