Then, he changed his photo, merging the faces of Musk and himself using Photoshop.

Bohdan was the head of the Presidential Office from June 2019 to February 2020 and was responsible for communications, legal, and political issues. He often met with Zelensky, which was confirmed by numerous photos of their participation. Such closeness between Bohdan and Zelensky sparked many memes online.
