If a person who studied at a military university decided to withdraw voluntarily, he will be mobilized for military service, even if he has not yet turned 25. This was stated by lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan.
A woman approached lawyers with a question about whether her son, who decided to leave the military university at the age of 17, could be mobilized.
According to the lawyer, in this case, the student's age does not matter. The mobilization of the expelled student will definitely take place.
'If your son has no grounds for exemption from military service, he will be sent to the military unit to serve during mobilization,' explained Yuriy Aivazyan.
We also add that it was possible to familiarize oneself with the information about when an expelled student under 25 can be mobilized, as well as whether graduate students can be mobilized.
When a person who was a student of a military university decides to withdraw, he can be mobilized for military service, even if he has not yet turned 25. The lawyer reminded of this legal aspect in response to a mother's question about whether her son, who left the military university at 17, could be mobilized. Legally, the student's age is not taken into account when mobilizing expelled students.Read also
