The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Service Members and Their Families, Olga Reshetilova, reported two issues she is encountering. Firstly, commanders distort information that comes from the units to the command, which can lead to negative consequences. Secondly, soldiers, risking their lives, do not receive decent treatment from their superiors or society. Olga Reshetilova believes that these problems can be solved within five years. Already, her team is considering complaints - from minor violations to cases of violence. Legal actions have been initiated against two commanders for misconduct, and she does not intend to assist these individuals in their career advancement. Olga Reshetilova jokes that she has not yet tried the methods of love to resolve these issues. She hints that harsh methods are not always effective. However, the old system may become an obstacle. The final word rests with time, which will show whether it is possible to implement changes and alter these 'traditions'.
