The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is preparing revolutionary changes in the methods of rewarding military inventors. The development of a Cabinet of Ministers decree is planned, which will establish the procedure and amounts of monetary rewards for the use of innovative developments.
This new system aims to create a fair mechanism for evaluating the achievements of military inventors and to stimulate further scientific research in the field of defense, especially in the context of technological competition with the enemy.
'In the conditions of war and technological competition with the enemy, we must quickly create innovative solutions for the front and protect them. That is why the Ministry of Defense plans to develop a system for protecting intellectual property rights,' said the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Valerii Churkin.
