Pension Fund of Ukraine: Financing of social payments
As of October 18, the Pension Fund of Ukraine published data on the financing of social payments. According to the report, 50 billion hryvnias were allocated for pension payments. Of these, JSC 'Ukrposhta' paid 8.7 billion hryvnias, and authorized banks - 41.3 billion hryvnias.
In addition, 1459.1 million hryvnias were allocated for housing subsidies and benefits. 2132.5 million hryvnias were allocated for insurance payments, including 973.3 million hryvnias for the payment of sick leave.
In October, the Pension Fund processed about 716 thousand citizens' inquiries and provided them with appropriate services.
Previously, the Pension Fund warned of possible losses in payments for some pensioners.
