September 2025: what payments will the Ukrainian Armed Forces receive and will there be indexation.
In September 2025, Ukrainian servicemen will receive a salary that includes a base salary, allowances, bonuses, and awards. The calculations for the indexation of payments will be carried out taking into account the inflation index according to the legislation.
Indexation of payments in the Armed Forces: what to expect in September
According to indexation rules, when the consumer price index exceeds 103%, indexation of payments occurs. According to the State Statistics Service, the inflation index in July 2025 is minus 0.2%. This means that the salaries of those whose base month is January or February will be indexed. The indexation remains at the level of 133 UAH for January and 106 UAH for February.
The payment plan for September provides for various types of payments for servicemen, depending on the position, rank, and other factors. The minimum payment will be 20,130 UAH, while the maximum will be determined by several criteria. There are also rewards for completing tasks in various conditions and allowances for the destruction of Russian equipment.
