A believer from one of the Protestant churches became a scout and explained why he went to fight.
Dmytro Pastor Popov has an unusual story. He was once a scout, but due to an injury, he was transferred to the position of instructor in a military brigade. Despite his religious faith, he is ready to kill enemies. In an interview, he spoke about how his faith helps him fulfill his duties in the army.
The pastor believes that the Bible gives him the strength and inspiration to defend his country from evil. He does not see this as contradictory to his religious beliefs.
He claims that a warrior is not condemned by God since he serves his people. This is reflected in the Scriptures, where it is said that a warrior bore a sword for good.
Previously, a man was convicted for refusing mobilization. He lost his property, except for his home.
In the judicial practice in Ukraine, it is believed that those convicted of evading mobilization should serve in the army.
