The court on Tuesday, July 22, ruled to take into custody Viktor Husarov, an employee of the closed unit of NABU. He will remain there until September 20 without the possibility of bail.

According to the court's decision, Viktor Husarov will be held in custody without the possibility of bail until September 20 or until the completion of the pre-trial investigation.
He is suspected of treason and unauthorized actions with classified information. He was detained by SBU employees during audits at NABU on July 21.
Meanwhile, the court appointed a medical professional to examine the suspect.
Furthermore, the SBU discovered a Russian 'mole' in NABU who served the Russian intelligence service. In addition, new cases of information leakage from an enemy agent were found.
During the court session, it was decided to keep the NABU employee in custody until September 20. He is suspected of treason and unauthorized actions with classified information. Other possible enemy agents have also been identified in Ukrainian special services.Read also
