The Russian Federation complains about the attack of dozens of drones: the occupiers' air defense damaged several multistory buildings.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has reported that overnight, the Russian air defense destroyed 36 Ukrainian drones.
According to preliminary data, the downed drones were registered:
- 18 units - in the Rostov region;
- 11 units - in Volgograd;
- 5 units - in Belgorod;
- 2 units - over Krasnodar region.
The fall of drone debris caused damage to several multistory buildings in the city of Rostov-on-Don.
The head of the region, Yuriy Slyusar, reported that the most affected were facilities in the Pervomaisky district.
Administrative and overhead buildings were also damaged.
The consequences of the attack are currently being assessed.
This is now the 1081st day of the war.
During the day, Russian troops carried out 90 airstrikes using 149 KABs (small-sized aerial bombs). Additionally, 961 kamikaze drones were used, and more than 4000 shellings were conducted on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements.
Over the past day, 116 combat clashes occurred.
Ukrainian defenders continue to actively repel the enemy and inflict significant losses along the entire front line.
