Russian Army Casualties and Ballistic Missile Production

According to Novyny.live: Moscow is sustaining staggering losses on the battlefield while simultaneously boosting its missile manufacturing capacity. Over recent months, Russia has been losing between 30,000 and 35,000 soldiers each month. According to available data, roughly 63% of those casualties are fatalities, with the remaining 37% suffering severe wounds. This sustained attrition is raising serious questions about the long-term combat effectiveness of Russian forces.

Despite these enormous human costs, the Kremlin continues to produce approximately 120 ballistic missiles every month. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy highlighted the scale of the threat, stating:

“And that’s just ballistic missiles. Russia also manufactures other types of missiles. This means that every month they can launch several large-scale mass attacks on top of the ongoing missile terror they are already carrying out.”
The steady output of missiles underscores the persistent danger posed to Ukraine’s security and infrastructure.

Ukraine’s Response to Aggression

In the face of these challenges, Ukraine is accelerating its own domestic weapons production, allocating up to $50 billion annually to defense manufacturing. President Zelenskyy made his country’s stance clear:

“If Russia strikes us, we will do the same.”
This declaration signals Ukraine’s determination to retaliate against aggression and highlights the critical need to strengthen its indigenous defense capabilities amid the ongoing war.

The situation on the front lines remains highly volatile, with both sides continuing to build up their military capacities. The heavy toll on Russian troops points to significant operational difficulties in their campaign, yet the Kremlin demonstrates a continued ability to sustain arms production. In response to these pressures, Ukraine is intensifying efforts to expand its defense infrastructure and technology base, reflecting a firm commitment to countering aggression and safeguarding national sovereignty.
