Kyiv loses 27% of heat through networks: the cause of the emergency situation has been named.
The situation with heating networks in Kyiv: heat losses up to 27%
According to inkorr.com: Kyiv is facing a serious problem: heating networks lose up to 27% of heat.
This was reported in the program 'Kyiv Time' by people's deputy Oleksiy Kucherenko from the 'Batkivshchyna' party.
'Kyiv has a big problem with heating networks. 'Kyivteploenergo' allows for heat losses of 27%. This is a disaster,' he emphasized.
Compared to other cities such as Cherkasy and Zhytomyr, where losses are around 10-11%, the situation in Kyiv looks much worse.
'This is a management problem - 16% more gas just disappears into thin air. Such efficiency is economically unviable. This is unacceptable,' noted the deputy.
Kucherenko also stressed the need for urgent measures to address issues in heating networks and to control the efficiency of the capital's heat energy sector.
'I am actively working on this issue and hope that others will also pay attention to this problem,' added the politician.
It was previously reported that Ukraine has significant losses in electricity production.
Therefore, in Kyiv, heating networks face a serious problem of heat losses reaching 27%. Oleksiy Kucherenko emphasized the need for urgent measures to address this situation and improve the operation of the city's heat energy sector.
Currently, the issue of heating networks in Kyiv requires special attention. High heat losses not only affect the comfort of residents but also threaten the economic stability of the capital. Such problems require urgent intervention and a comprehensive approach to their resolution, as the efficiency of heat energy operations is critically important during the cold season. We hope that the calls of politicians will gain momentum and lead to real changes in the system.Read also
