According to UATV: On March 7, 2023, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported 148 combat engagements across the frontline. The most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk, Konstantynivka, and Huliaipole sectors, where 66 separate assaults took place. Russian forces maintained aggressive offensive operations, launching 73 airstrikes and conducting over 3,400 artillery bombardments. This high tempo of combat underscores the ongoing, large-scale nature of Russia's invasion, now in its second year.
In the Siversk-Slobozhanske and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian forces recorded 2 combat clashes. The enemy carried out 1 airstrike, dropping 3 aerial bombs, and executed 117 shelling attacks. On the Southern Slobozhanske axis, Russian troops made 5 attempts to breach Ukrainian defensive lines, while on the Kupiansk axis, occupying forces attacked 5 times. The Lyman sector was also active, with the enemy launching 8 separate assaults.
Ukrainian defenders proved effective in the Sloviansk sector, halting 9 enemy attempts to advance. On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian forces conducted 2 attacks, while on the Konstantynivka axis, the enemy mounted 23 assaults. Ukrainian troops defending the Pokrovsk sector repelled 24 assaults, and the Huliaipole sector saw 19 attacks.

In the Orikhiv sector, 4 combat engagements were recorded, and on the Dnipro River axis, Ukrainian units successfully repelled 1 enemy attack.
