DTEK energy workers restored power for 14.5 thousand families in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions
On September 20, DTEK energy workers were able to restore power to 14.5 thousand families in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, reports DTEK. On September 20, DTEK repair crews, with permission from the military, reached a number of damages and restored equipment operation in 14 settlements in Donetsk region. This allowed electricity to be returned to 8.5 thousand families.
In addition, in Dnipropetrovsk region, power supply was restored for more than 6 thousand families. Power was restored to 23 settlements in the region that had been de-energized by shelling. Despite the danger and shelling, DTEK energy workers are fixing the damages and restoring power several times.
DTEK energy workers are working as quickly as possible to restore damaged equipment. They begin work immediately after receiving permission and access to the damage site from the Armed Forces and the State Emergency Service. Last week, DTEK energy workers restored power supply to more than 364 thousand families in 235 settlements that had been deprived of power due to shelling.
