Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today, we remember Viktoriya Podolyanska.
Sergeant Podolyanska Viktoriya Georgiivna was killed on March 14, 2022, during the fighting for Mariupol from injuries incompatible with life. This was reported by the Mangush territorial community.
Viktoriya was born on September 26, 1985, in the city of Mariupol. She worked as an instructor in management at the Second Department of the Mariupol District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support since 2015.
Viktoriya was buried at the Staro-Krymske Cemetery in Mariupol.
She left behind her husband Andriy and son Mykyta.
“Glavkom” joins a moment of silence. We honor the memory of all Ukrainians who died fighting for their homeland. We remember those who fell at the hands of Russian invaders, lighting candles of remembrance and bowing our heads in sorrow during the nationwide moment of silence, honoring the bright memory of citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all military, civilians, and children, all who died in the fight against Russian occupiers and as a result of the attack by hostile troops on Ukrainian cities and villages.
